JOB DESCRIPTION

As the UK New Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business within the UK and international market. This is a part-time role (2–3 days per week), ideal for a motivated and experienced sales professional looking to make a significant impact while maintaining flexibility. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify and engage new clients, build relationships, and support the delivery of tailored solutions that meet client needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation and Prospecting
•    Identify and approach potential UK and international clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and research.
•    Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring regular follow-ups and strong conversion rates.

Client Engagement
•    Act as the first point of contact for new client relationships, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
•    Present our agency’s services and unique proposition to prospective clients in a compelling way.

Strategic Business Development
•    Collaborate with the leadership team to refine and execute strategies for business growth in the UK and international market.
•    Support the development of bespoke proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.

Market Insight
•    Stay informed about market trends, client challenges, and opportunities in the kids, teens, and family space.
•    Share insights with the wider team to enhance our positioning and value proposition.

Collaboration and Reporting
•    Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery for new clients.
•    Prepare regular updates on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market insights for senior management.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Experience and Skills
•    4–6 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in a creative, marketing, or agency environment.
•    A proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
•    Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
•    Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
•    Previous experience within the kids, teens, or family sectors is a plus but not essential.

Additional Requirements
•    Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot) and other sales tools.
•    Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
•    A passion for creating meaningful connections and making a difference.
